Multi Commodity Exchange - Manager - Default Department

- Take the defaulting member to Defaulter Committee to declare the member as defaulter

- Analyse the potential defaulting members and initiate action

- Support in default proceedings against the member

- Take adequate steps to recover dues from members

- Initiate and support in the legal action against defaulting member

- Collate and provide data on the defaulter member

- Maintain proper records and documents of the members
