Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales analytics tools to enhance predictive and prescriptive analytics capabilities for MTR and International Business Unit
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to gather data and insights for analytics projects.
- Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to interpret and present findings for each business unit.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives through data analysis for MTR and International Business Unit
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable insights to optimize sales performance across all business units.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for Management Committee meetings, summarizing key insights and business performance metrics across MTR business unit
- Generate speed reports to provide quick snapshots of business performance and market trends for each business unit.
- Compile and analyze market share data to track the company's position in the industry across different geographical regions and product categories.
- Address ad-hoc business needs by conducting analyses and generating reports as requested by stakeholders from various Business Units.
- Manage data for Power BI and related tools, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for analysis across MTR Business Unit.
2. Candidate Profile:
Education:
1. 5+ years of experience in Data analytics in an FMCG organization.
2. Understanding of dynamics of FMCG sales, systems and processes.
3. Knowledge of SPSS / Power BI / QlikView / Tableau / Advanced Excel
4. Exposure to SAP / SFA / Channel Konnect
5. Exposure to Sales & Marketing / Operational field
