Responsibility and Mandate:
- Develop Sales promotion plans for delivering sales volumes.
- Develop, negotiate, sell and execute optimal TOT for regional accounts with the help of National KAM and ensure compliance.
- Manage the listing of NPDs.
- Develop in-store visibility plans in coordination with local distributor's management; and follow-up to achieve timely & effective implementation.
- Execute merchandising strategy for national accounts and develop a merchandising strategy for regional accounts.
- Develop a month-wise forecast for territory sales.
- Ensure periodic meetings at customer outlets to calibrate customer expectations, and understand competitor plans in order to proactively counter competitive action.
- Build a positive and impacting relationship with all channel partners within the framework of company policies.
- Lead development and execution of activation programs for the regional key accounts.
- Implement and administer policies, plans, systems, and targets in respect of key accounts.
Main Challenges in this Position (or company/division/BU):
- Execute annual plans for the MTR Product range including value, volume and margin targets in the assigned Modern Trade Key Accounts.
- Coordinate with Modern Trade account teams and customer marketing teams on plans and inputs to maximize sales from the channel Develop and execute annual plans, budgets and KPIs.
- Develop channel and market strategies for area distribution encompassing outlet coverage, availability and visibility for assigned Key Accounts.
- Coordinate with Regional KAMs and Marketing teams on plans and inputs to maximize sales from the channel.
2. Candidate Profile
Education - MBA
Experience
- 4+ years of Sales and distribution in Modern Trade FMCG, preferably Foods.
- Experience in new launches and building new brands.
- Experience in managing national key accounts.
- Experience in driving BTL activation and marketing. M
Competence/Skills
- In-depth knowledge of FMCG/Foods Industry and MT channel.
- Channel Partner Management skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Negotiation skills
- Man Management Skills.
- Process orientation.
