Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze metrics, identify trends and optimize overall marketing efforts.
- Reduce agency cost and improve campaign performance by taking entire paid media in house.
- Establish solid infrastructure by directly handling key advertising platforms like Google, Facebook, Linkedin to achieve set KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CPA etc.
- Conduct A/B testing, monitor and report on campaign performance regularly.
- Run SMS campaigns, Email campaigns, WhatsApp campaigns, Push notifications in house.
- Good knowledge of Google PPC search and display campaigns, keyword research.
- Proficient with On-page SEO and Off-page SEO.
- Stay up to date with all social media policies including FB, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Sharechat etc.
- Align with industry trends and best practices and identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Proficient in running tools like Clever tap, Google analytics etc.
Required skill set:
- At least 2+ years in running Google, FB ads.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, FB ads manager / Power editor.
- Excellent analytical skills, leveraging data, metrics.
- A curious individual with a problem solving attitude.
