- You will have an important role to play in scaling up MTAP's- marketing- efforts across all channels.

Role :

- We are looking for an experienced individual to take ownership and lead the end-to-end- Digital- Marketing- channels for each of the products of MTAP Technologies and creating growth campaigns and executing our acquisition strategies.

- This opportunity requires the ability to operate with confidence in a dynamic, technical environment across multiple- digital- marketing- channels such as Email, SEM, SEO, Display advertising and Onsite merchandising.

- As leading- Digital- Marketing- operations, you will ensure proper execution of- digital- marketing- campaigns, overseeing project critical success factors, Timelines and dependencies in partnership with the Content, Graphics,- Marketing- agencies,- Head- of- Marketing, Finance etc.

- S/he will develop, implement, track, and optimize plans along with- marketing- campaigns across all- digital- channels.

- An ideal candidate can execute lead generation strategies.

- A strong grasp of concepts regarding- marketing- tools, strategies, and integrated- digital- marketing- campaigns is a must.

- The person joining should be able to work with cross functional teams from conceptualization to full execution while ensuring outcomes.

- The role will be working directly with the Founders on strategy and growth of one of the new products for the Indian market.

Job Responsibilities:.

- Plan, execute and track all paid- marketing- campaigns across SEM, Display, Facebook, Linkedin, Emails and other paid acquisition channels.

- Plan different- marketing- campaigns including but not limited to BTL, Activation, Events etc Competition mapping for all 3 products on various platforms.

- Come up with relevant events / platforms / ideas suitable for product growth- Negotiating with various agency partners / vendors.

- Implement an experiment design framework aimed at identifying and testing potential new growth channels like drip campaigns.

- Run effective email- marketing, social media- marketing, SEM, SEO campaigns.

- Developing and managing- digital- marketing- campaigns for lead generation via various techniques including Paid Search, SEO, and Email- Marketing.

- Build digital-marketing- process and automation Own the entire lead funnel from ideation - launch - iteration.

- Identify opportunities to improve lead conversion in the product (landers, sign-up flow, etc. ) and champion those initiatives.

- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans.

- Good knowledge of running B2B2C- marketing- campaigns.

- Explore the Indian market - Tier 1/2/3 cities and be able to identify potential clients- Develop and manage the- marketing- budget, allocating resources effectively across various campaigns and channels.

Required Skill Set:

- Highly creative and excellent written communication skills with experience in identifying target audiences and devising- digital- ad campaigns from scratch.

- Proven experience with Facebook, AdWords, SEO,- marketing- database, email and/or display advertising campaigns.

- Fair understanding of- marketing- automation for B2B2C segment, conversion analytics funnel and ABM campaigns (Must have worked on a CRM!).

- Capable of preparing annual plans.

- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels-marketing-campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.

- Creative problem-solving acumen, with the analytical rigor to verify or invalidate assumptions.

- Proven ability to effectively communicate with cross-functionally with other teams.

- Prior work-ex in SaaS or technology product companies is preferred Excellent written communication skills.
