KRA: To identify niche segments at the national level which can be entered into exploited by the organisation
Job Profile:

The position involves strategy formulation & implementation including research, preparation, evaluation, implementation of business initiatives and monitoring progress on various projects.

The job would also cover:

Strategy (business strategy, functional strategy, product line assessments, entry and diversification strategy and implementation of the formulated strategy)

Environment Scanning

Candidate Profile: The position will work closely with the MD and offers excellent exposure and growth potential to a professional who would like to join the core team and participate in its growth. Ideal candidate profile is an MBA with 0-1 years relevant experience with exposure to corporate planning / market planning involving identification & launch of new products/services. Could have worked in any domain but must have had excellent exposure to number crunching & analysis.
