JD: Bank Relationship Manager:
- Responsible for relationship management with major Private/Public/co-operative banks in India
- Front end MSwipe MQR proposition across the Bank relationship for their current acct base.
- Making presentation to the Board/Management of the bank and informing about the benefits of the engagement
- Collate and submit/respond to RFPs and all incoming Banks
- Completing the onboarding process of bank which includes documentation, Artwork and marketing material finalisation
- Hand holding the complete Integration process in case if integration is required
- Training of the central/ Branch Staff to drive product penetration and deployment
- Achieving the target of banks onboarded + achieving the no of current acct conversion through the banks for MQR product
- Analysing Banks performance periodically both quality and volume
- Providing insights insights on improvements in both
- Ensuring product implementation timelines
- Facilitating client interactions with internal teams.
- Ensuring operational stability of product across banks partners.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in PoS, PG, Mobile Solutions, and technology.
- Analyse the existing market and bring prospective new markets under the purview of the company
- Remain up-to-date on information on vendor, industry, technology, pricing, demand and vital business metrics
- Be responsible for contributing quality information on win loss analysis of large orders & account information
- Gather, maintain and develop knowledge on current service line capabilities, products and offerings, as well as, supporting business models and pricing
