MSP Group - Technical Assistant To Chairman

- Work closely and effectively with the Chairman to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, and follows up appropriately

- Responsible for analysing MIS reports & monitoring of Production, Cost & Sales in coordination with concerned departments

- Co-ordination between various departments in the unit to ensure smooth functioning & achieving production targets

- Initiate & implement monthly Operations & Cost review meetings for all Depts.

- Responsible for capturing the minutes of the meetings, update on the action points and follow up continuously until issues are resolved

- Follow-up for Action to be taken as per Minutes of Meetings

- Maintaining and presenting data to highlight gap between actual and expected to give clear ideas about plan

- Preparation & analytical study of various financial reports viz. projected profitability statement, periodic financial report

- Developing project deliverables (presentations, status updates) in developing the firm's strategy by performing analysis to deliver relevant and insightful management information, together with assisting in business planning and development

- Serve as a liaison with other departments and operating units in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational requirements

- Initiate Cross Functional Team reviews & update the status of the reviews

- Any other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time

NB:

Must be from the Core Industry (Steel/Cement/Power)

Knowledge on Project Management from Planning to Execution will be a plus.
