MSN Laboratories - Senior Manager - Budgeting & MIS

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager - Budgeting & MIS to join our Finance team. This critical role involves budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and MIS reporting across multiple business verticals, including API, Formulations, R&D, and Sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to drive financial insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts across all business units.

- Monitor and analyze budget variances to ensure alignment with financial goals.

- Prepare and present MIS reports with detailed financial insights to leadership.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (API, Formulations, R&D, and Sales) to align financial plans with business objectives.

- Establish robust financial models to evaluate business performance and support decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and corporate policies.

- Lead the development of dashboards and analytical tools for real-time reporting.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance operational efficiency through financial insights.

Qualifications & Experience:

- CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent degree.

- 8-12 years of experience in Budgeting, MIS, and Financial Planning in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.

- Strong understanding of business operations in API, Formulations, R&D, and Sales functions.

- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).

- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
