Financial Planning with Technology Experience

Position overview :

- Support the Corporate FP&A by providing both proactive and reactive financial insight, analysis and perspective.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and generate financial reports, both routine and ad-hoc and will be responsible for automation of current processes

- Summarize conclusions from financial analysis on a pro-active basis and provide key takeaways to business units, corporate finance, and senior management.

- Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting & analysis of the results of the division's performance against historical, budgeted, forecaster and strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and strategic plan

- Maintain and develop various financial models and standard templates distributed for use by all of Finance during the planning processes, ensuring quality, accuracy and focused analytic review

- Prepare business plans, including annual operating plans, periodic forecasts, strategic plans, and product introduction financial plans.

- Create and translate operating plans and forecasts into financial plans and projections to ensure that the organization achieves its financial targets.

- Assist in the preparation and explanation of the P&L to management.

- Developing and testing advanced SQL Query to manage, clean and merge big data set and writing applications to interface with SQl database

- Should be well versed with MS Access, Macros, VB, SAP. Prior experience of 2-3 years on business planning tools, SAP, Qlik-view, Qlik-sense etc

Desired experience and qualifications :

- Strong finance experience in a professional business environment is ideal.

- Accounting/FPA experience gained in both the public and private sectors.

- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

- Demonstrated proficiency in providing accurate and detailed financial analysis in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Demonstrated internal customer service skill.

- Proactive individual who should take initiative with an analytical bent of mind.

- Minimum 3-5 years

- CA or MBA finance
