Responsible for creating, updating and applying all HR policies and company guidelines and making sure they adhere to standards and laws initiated by authorities.
Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections.
Skills required
- HR Operations
- HRMS implementation - any of tools ..SAP, Oracle, Zoho, Taleo, Zing, Bamboo etc
- Compensation Structures, annual salary planning support
- HR business partnering
- Employee Engagement tools & surveys
- L&D facilitation
- Exposure to talent management practices - competency frameworks, Hi-potential identification, succession planning etc
- Bangalore (or) Mangalore based candidates
