MResult - Manager - Affiliate Marketing

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing our affiliate marketing program and driving revenue growth through the development and implementation of effective affiliate marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage an effective affiliate marketing program that drives revenue growth and increases brand awareness.

- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners that align with our brand and target audience.

- Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts, commission rates, and performance incentives.

- Develop and execute affiliate marketing campaigns and promotions to drive traffic, leads, and sales.

- Monitor and analyze affiliate program performance, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.

- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product, and sales, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and provide insights and recommendations to the management team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or related field.

- Experience in managing a large and complex affiliate program with multiple partners.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through affiliate marketing channels.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor, analyze and report on affiliate program performance.

- Knowledge of affiliate marketing best practices and industry trends.

- Proficiency in affiliate marketing software and tools, such as affiliate tracking and management platforms.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
