Cheggout is the single largest unified platform powering ad inventory though India's largest Nationalised banks. It enables advertisers reach more deterministic & real audience across lengths and breadths of the country.

We are looking for a highly accomplished business professional to be a part of our monetization team. As a team member, you will drive sales and adoption of our ad solutions across all advertiser categories and have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of Cheggout ad inventory in India.

You will have a strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape. You will own advertiser and agency relationships, build GTM strategies and drive revenue for the business. To achieve success, you will work very closely with the India Ads Leadership team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building partnerships and working in a complex, cross functional environment. He/she must also possess strong communications skills and the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions to internal and external stakeholders. He/she will have a keen sense of ownership, drive, and desire to win!

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a key member of the sales team, helping to drive overall Cheggout Advertising revenue and drive business growth.

- Establish and build strong, profitable, long-term relationships with brands.

- Prepare and present business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to increasing adoption customers.

Basic Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of experience in TV and Digital Media Sales, business development, strategic partnership or roles with equivalent scope.

- Strong Relationships across Advertisers and Agencies in WEST region. Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills. Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams.

- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results. Ability to effectively lead and work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.

- Demonstrated ability to solve for ambiguity, building and driving for scale business.

- Demonstrated experience in winning and retaining clients and establishing relationships with partners.

- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Adept at making data-driven decisions.

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment

- Should be able to contribute both as an individual contributor and as leader of people.
