- Define the product strategy and roadmap for a SAAS Technology product.
- Writing complete and detail-oriented product requirements documents and ensuring clear communication of those requirements to the business, design, usability and development teams
- Identify and prioritize product features based on market trends, customer pain points, and competitor analysis
- Maintaining a product and feature roadmap and managing prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and deadlines.
- Can deal with ambiguity and break complex and vaguely defined problems into a clear and actionable set of steps
- Creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Understand market scenarios to identify problems and find innovative solutions.
- Work with development counterpart to define product release requirements and release features within the decided timelines.
- Work with growth team to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer.
- Work closely with the Clients, Account Managers, Operations, Engineering, COE Leads and other product managers.
- Act as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering
- Responsible for data Analytics to identify opportunity areas/concern areas.
