Product Manager - Retail Products/Payments/ Ecommerce

We are looking for a star Product Manager to revolutionize payments & commerce in offline & online world.

Ideal product manager will be passionate and deliver an un-parallel user experience to help establish Oxigen as India's preferred one stop destination for payments & commerce. The product manager will create a strategy and roadmap for Oxigen's products vertical; conceptualize the features based on business impact and work cross functionally to deliver the product roadmap.

Job description

- Take the ownership of the product vertical and prepare quarterly product roadmap plan with new features, enhancements along with business impact.

- Create product requirement documents, wireframes & collaborate with design and technology team to ensure product requirements are properly translated to live application.

- Oversee and manage the product on daily basis by rigorously monitoring key performance metrics and coordinate with various teams to take corrective actions if needed.

- Develop a deep understanding of customers, identify gaps in core product functionality and help build right set of features and track adoption for same.

- Continuously track and monitor the competition and gather information from multiple sources (consumer research, partners) to develop insights, and translate findings into action.

- Engage in defining a strategic creative direction for marketing communication for the retail product vertical.

- Work closely with marketing & analytics team to design & implement product campaigns.

- Champion customer satisfaction by working with customer support team, oversee customer grievance resolution and trouble shoot in case of escalations

- Work with various support teams to manage operational issues.

Desired Skills and Experience

- Bachelors in Engineering (preferably Computer Science or IT) or MBA from Tier 1 Colleges

- Past experience in a product management role would be a plus

- Experience with a start-up is preferred

- A high level of interest and passion for India Stack is a necessary criterion
