The Role:


As a Product Analyst at MPOWER, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of MPOWER's B2B products and services, with an emphasis on sales enablement that delivers an exceptional end-customer experience for our partners. This hands-on role requires proficiency in financial services, operations, and technology. You will work closely with our engineering, business development, university relations, and operations teams, as well as third-party partners. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Leading the school lead generation process for our recruitment-as-a-service product, driving aggressive growth and market penetration.

- Conducting targeted calls to potential students to deeply understand their needs and strategically guide them to our solutions

- Innovating and optimizing our B2B and B2B2C products in collaboration with business development stakeholders, ensuring market-leading offerings

- Partnering with stakeholders to extract insights and feedback, translating them into superior product enhancements

- Crafting and executing a forward-thinking product strategy and roadmap that positions us ahead of industry trends

- Taking full ownership of the design process, workflows, and functional components, implementing cutting-edge improvements and efficiencies

- Overseeing partnerships to ensure they exceed MPOWER's standards for exceptional customer experience, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance

The Qualification:


- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field. Higher degree preferred.

- 3+ years experience in interactions and managing partnerships in a B2B environment in financial services (consumer credit, education financing, or online lending platforms)

- Proven ability to understand and communicate business and engineering requirements and experience in an Agile development environment

- An experienced team player who collaborates with subject matter experts, system architects, and senior software engineers,

- Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate effectively.

- Superior communication, presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences

- A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must, as well as comfort working with a global team across multiple time zones and locations!

- In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload, tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, and 80-20 everything.
