About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Community Manager with 5+ years of experience who has successfully built communities from scratch. While a gaming background is a plus, we welcome exceptional candidates from B2C domains where community engagement plays a vital role in driving product success.

The ideal candidate will lead the charge in conceptualizing, launching, and nurturing a thriving community for MPL, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to bring this vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a robust strategy to build and grow a highly engaged community for MPL.

- Engage with users across all gaming categories, including card games, casual games, fantasy gaming, and opinion trading games.

- Partner with vendors to deploy community tools and platforms that foster interaction and engagement.

- Organize community events, contests, and campaigns that enhance user interaction and loyalty.

- Actively communicate with community members, gathering insights and building strong relationships.

- Monitor and analyze community feedback to drive product and engagement improvements.

- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in community building.
