Roles & Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to enable Sales prioritize markets, customer segments and derive strategic product positioning
- Create and continuously update content and tools for sales team to accelerate deals through the sales funnel - such as product data sheets, case studies, use cases, FAQs etc.
- Coordinate with sales leadership and executive management to define sales support initiatives.
- Create and track key metrics of success for sales enablement and define best practices
- Field ad-hoc content and support requests for sales and demand generation.
- Assist on sales calls and demos as needed.
- Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need
- Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis and feed to product teams
Requirement :
- MBA with 3+ years post MBA experience
- Experience in Product Marketing / Strategic Marketing / Sales Enablement is a must
- Experience in a sales support role in technology space is preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration
