Roles & responsibilities:
- Responsible for working on deals and RFPs with the sales team
- Assess customer needs and scope technical solution that addresses the customer requirements and create value for them
- Coordinate with the sales team, product team, professional services team and infrastructure team to secure inputs and adapt the solution to meet customer needs
- Structure and price the deal so that it maximizes value for both customer and MphRx
- Write proposals, RFPs and SOWs that are in line with customer guidelines
- Proactively analyses deal outcomes to create best practices
- Provides complete support to sales team from prospecting to closure stage
Requirements
- BE/BTech in computer science/Information Technology
- 2+ year experience in Pre-sales and Bid management managing RFPs, RFIs, proposals
- Experience with Cloud technologies. Working knowledge of Web 2.0 development platform, solutions, and related technologies
- Experience in Healthcare IT industry and healthcare standards is a plus
