Role : Pre-Sales Manager
Roles & responsibilities :
- Responsible for working on deals and RFPs with the sales team.
- Assess customer needs and scope, technical solution that addresses the customer requirements and creates value for them.
- Coordinate with the sales team, product team, professional services team, and infrastructure team secure inputs and adapt the solution to meet customer needs.
- Structure and price the deal so that it maximizes value for both customer and MphRx.
- Write proposals, RFPs, and SOWs that are in line with customer guidelines.
- Proactively analyses deal outcomes to create best practices
- Provides complete support for sales team from prospecting to closure stage.
Requirements
- 4-8 years experience in Pre-sales and Bid management, managing RFPs, RFIs, proposals
- Experience with Cloud technologies. Working knowledge of Web 2.0 development platform, solutions, and related technologies.
- Experience in Healthcare IT industry and healthcare standards is a plus
