Job Description - Account Manager
Roles & responsibilities :
Revenue Assurance : Maintaining assigned client relationships for ensuring client continuity for existing business
Revenue Growth : Applying Account expansion principles for growing the existing assigned accounts. Identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and enhancing relationships by up-selling and cross-selling
Client Satisfaction : Manage customer satisfaction
Stakeholder Management : Managing multiple levels of stakeholders at client organisation, and within MphRx across cross-functional teams servicing the assigned account
- Contributing towards market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts
- Navigating through complex client organisation for mapping out the stakeholders, and influencing and aligning all involved parties for the success of the MphRx implementation
- Proactively anticipate risks and issues and implement requisite mitigation strategies
- Manage expectations appropriately through impact communication and executive presence, with client contacts, and with MphRx account service teams
Requirements :
- Engineering Graduate, preferably with Tier 1 / Tier 2 MBA
- 2-3 years in healthcare / life sciences vertical, with at least 2 years in an account management role
- International work experience in related domain would be preferred
- Knowledge of Health IT Workflow and Challenges would be preferable
- Excellent Presentation & Communication Skills, with assertiveness and empathy
