Talent Management COE Overview: We are seeking an experienced Talent Management (TM) Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TM and OD strategies. The role involves developing and implementing talent management initiatives to attract, retain and develop key talent within the organization. 1. Design, govern and sustain best-in-class performance management based on org needs 2. Conceptualize and anchor interventions like talent reviews and succession planning for key leadership roles 3. Institutionalize and roll out career framework for the org . 4.
