Assistant Manager - Inside sales Role & Responsibilities : - Require to reach out directly to the CXO- s, SVP- s, Directors Etc. and set up meetings/appointments for the onsite US/Canada/Australia/UK & Europe Sales team. (Operation, Finance, Marketing /Sales, Technology and Procurement) - Effectively communicate the value propositions of MphasiS Services and Solutions - Understand client's needs & requirements. Research and navigate target companies/ organizations to identify decision makers, sponsors, influencers and the right party contacts. - Coordinate efforts with the head of NCA/sales team to develop a pipeline of meetings, sales pitch, nurture leads and gather account intelligence - Need the flexibility to do US/Canada/UK/Europe shifts. Skills required : - Self-driven and an enthusiastic flair for sales - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Understanding of MphasiS offerings - Basic understanding of lead generation campaign, focused audience, and basic telephone etiquettes - Should be open to making 50-100 cold calls daily.
