JD for Lead Gen - Inside Sales Representative
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable reach out to customers through various channels, generate interest, qualify prospects and assist Sales Directors in closing sales.
Responsibilities:-
1. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, social media and other channels.
2. Understand customer needs and requirements
3. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
4. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest by proposing offering that suits their pain points.
5. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
6. Perform effective online demos to prospects.
7. Learn about new offerings in ITO and BPO space of Mphasis
Requirements:-
1. Proven inside sales experience (Minimum 3 years in International Market) preferably in IT space. Experience out IT space will be considered.
2. Track record of over-achieving quota
3. Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
4. Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
5. Preferable experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
6. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
7. Strong listening and presentation skills
8. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
9. Should be open to work in Nights shifts.
10. Graduates/PG are preferred.
