Job Title - Executive Assistant to EVP, Head Global Delivery & Sales – Strategy Planning.

Function - Global Delivery

Reporting to - Head of Global Delivery

Location - Bangalore

JOB PURPOSE

The resources should manage all strategic planning & projects/programs within the Global Delivery Unit which contributes to the organization growth. S/He should be good with analytics, data analysis, identifying trends, and business implications and incorporate it in the planning process.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

- Analyze monthly/quarterly/yearly financial & operational parameters

- To assist with the prioritization of projects, particularly using cost / benefit analysis to proactively manage delivery initiatives

- Working closely with the delivery, operations and finance functions to execute delivery initiatives

- Incorporate the business & industry analysis into the planning process

- Attend business meetings and appropriate management forums

- Providing a central point of information for all GDU related activities

- Prepare Board/Monthly Review/QBR decks

- To develop a detailed knowledge of the key business processes and systems employed by the company

- Stay abreast of the latest developments, leading practices and trends in IT services industry

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

- Preferably have Operations, finance & IT services background/experience

- Understanding of operational & financial parameters of the IT industry

- Project Management/Program Management Experience preferable.

- Tier 1 B-school graduate (IIMs, SPJ, XLRI, MDI, ISB).

- With minimum 3-4 years of experience post MBA.

- Work experience post MBA to be in either IT industry or a consulting firm.

- Should have IT experience before or after MBA.

- Should be a numbers person.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills

- Experience in planning and corporate strategy

- Good project management skills

- Well organized and able to work on own initiative

- Good interpersonal skills, able to influence and engender collaboration with senior management

- Prior experience of 3-4 years in IT industry needed
