Program Manager - Hiring

We have grown to be market leaders in the space of SaaS - our Employee Transportation System (ETS), serves Fortune 500 companies, by automating their transport operations. Our Full Stack Solutions provide end-to-end transport solutions to renowned companies, by powering their transport with technology. And with our B2C offering, we are now looking to enable every Indian to commute to work hassle-free, every day.
Series B funded and profitable, MoveInSync is now looking to grow and expand exponentially. To make that happen, we are looking for a passionate, driven individual that would help us by getting the right people onboard.
As the Program Manager - Hiring, your responsibilities will include:
- Build & maintain a strong network of internal & external stakeholders to deploy various hiring strategies
- Leveraging technology to streamline the process, increase productivity and identify innovative models to reinforce the hiring strategies in volume hiring.
- Develop marketing strategies along with Marketing team, to improve Employer Branding
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to hiring that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within MoveInSync's mission of delivering the best results to their customers.
- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including developing new ways to mitigates risks and meet the operational requirements.
- Manage a small to mid-size team of recruiting coordinators & external hiring partners
- Provide metrics inputs to various reporting decks; communicate key performance indicators to MoveInSync's staffing objectives.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's in engineering
- 4-6 years of overall experience, with 2+ years of direct or indirect recruitment experience, preferably in a start-up, with impact on team size
- Excellent language skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong consulting with analytical skills, with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
- A passion for people - be it employees or candidates
Preferred Qualifications :
- MBA preferred but not mandatory. Experience in building and driving talent-sourcing initiatives.
- Previous experience of indirect management of third parties.
- Self-sufficient and able to work with limited direct supervision.
