Below are the position details:

1. Job position : Mgmt. Trainee - Sales and Marketing

Nos : 10 - 15 candidates

Job requirement :

MBA degree in Sales & Marketing.

Minimum 1 year of Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive with FMCG company.

- Knowledge of modern sales & marketing techniques.

- High-level communication and networking skills.

- A passion for sales.

- Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.

- Good project management skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure.

Job Location - Africa (Zambia/Malawi/Rwanda/Uganda/Kenya/Zimbabwe/Tanzania) post training at India

Salary & Benefits - Salary Will be discussed during Interview + Bachelor Accommodation + Visa & Air Tickets

Employment contract - 2 yrs & renewable as per performance
