Key responsibilities:

- Develop and implement E-commerce strategies to increase online sales and drive revenue growth.

- Manage and optimize E-commerce platforms, including the company website and thirdparty marketplaces.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences in the EV industry.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, to align E-commerce initiatives with overall business objectives.

- Analyse E-commerce performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

- Optimize product listings, descriptions, and images to enhance online visibility and improve search engine rankings.

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and PPC campaigns.

- Monitor competitor E-commerce activities and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.

- Stay up to date with the latest E-commerce technologies and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

- Follow up with logistics for proper on-time delivery

- Good knowledge of Amazon FBA model

- Ensure portal reviews & ratings

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

- Degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience in E-commerce, preferably in the FMCG, Consumer Durables, Automotive or any B2C brand with focus in online platforms

- Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart

- Proficiency in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving E-commerce sales targets and KPIs.

- Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing techniques.

- Familiarity with graphic design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva, is a plus
