5-8 years experience post qualification (CA), Finance & Accounts role in Private Equity Department - MOPE Investment Advisors Pvt Ltd.

- Responsible for handling Accounting, Financial management, Treasury, Revenue, Direct & Indirect taxation

- Preparation of all Statutory Audit / Tax Audit of domestic, in particular including real estate fund, offshore funds as well as of investment manager

- Managing the Real Estate Advisory piece, and managing prop book of MOFSL for lending purposes

- Ensure Legal & Secretarial Fund compliance

- Assisting in preparing quarterly newsletter for domestic as well as offshore funds managed/advised by MOPE

- Ensuring the periodical reports to be sent to all the investors of domestic as well as Offshore Funds

- Financial management and evaluation of management reports and strict implementation of group policies and standards in internal control and risk management.

- Arranging in person Board Meeting of Offshore Funds

- Liasoning with Mauritius Administrator

- Need excellent Excel skills, tally accounting experience
