Motilal Oswal - IB Analyst - Industrials

Job Requirements & Skillsets :

- Experience in the deal cycle (PE, IPO, QIP, M&A), with a focus on sectors like Industrials, Auto, Chemicals, niche sectors.

- Assist in ideation, pitch presentations, managing the deal process, including coordinating with internal and external parties

- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, tracking the developments in sectors / companies, financials etc.

- Preferred Academic Qualifications: Undergrad + CFA or CA / Post Grad from a Reputed Business School/ Undergrad from IIT/ CA Ranker

- Strong power-point presentation skills, financial modelling with thorough understanding of financial analysis, pitch deck & IM making skills is a must.

- Analytical Skills:

Solid analytical skills with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Strong proficiency in operating databases like Bloomberg, VCCEdge, EMIS, Capital IQ etc

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Strong attention to detailing and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong bias for action/initiative and entrepreneurial spirit

- Presentation skills: Articulation of thoughts

- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
