- Supporting the Investment Banking & Institutional Equities Business as a Generalist HR.
- Recruitment - 50-60%
- Recruitment against attrition & Vacant positions as per business requirement / manpower plan.
- Handling End to End Recruitment Process for Junior to Senior Level.
- Niche Hiring & Competition mapping.
- Database & Stakeholder management.
- Performance management- 10%
- Training Need identification-10%
- Managing Employee Life/Cycle- Offer Letter generation, On boarding, Exit Process- 20%
- Employee Engagement- 10%
Required Candidate profile :
- MBA- HR with 3-5 years in Banking & Financial Services industry.
Mumbai based candidate only.
