- Physical inspection of the property before sale. Verification of title documents of properties. Advertisement for sale in local newspaper. Responsible for offers from prospective buyers.

- Conducting e-bidding process for sale. Preparation of sale agreement by consultation of legal group.

- Dealing with Accounts in respect to Wealth Tax Valuation. Responsible for all the property Audits.

- Supervision and execution of Civil work, Site Identification, negotiation with the owner, execution of lease deed, site supervision to monitor the quality of works and specification, co-ordination with TKO, processing of TKO bills, processing of security and housekeeping bills, assessing R&M requirements of existing centers, supervision of R&M work under execution
