- We are searching for a Digital Marketing analytics manager who would be responsible for figuring out the effectiveness of our organization's marketing, branding & performance campaigns.
- This role involves determining key performance indicators, collecting and analyzing data, and reporting on Digital campaign success.
Responsibilities:
- Providing insights on marketing campaign performance and return on investment.
- Developing and maintaining data and reporting processes.
- Overseeing market research studies to understand customer behaviour.
- Providing guidance on measurement and goals for Digital as well as other teams across the organization
- Creating and monitoring reporting dashboards
- Provide data insights ranging from click attribution to media mix modeling to optimize marketing campaigns on various channels
- Partner closely with Data Analytics team to develop models for use in forecasting, media targeting, attribution, and measuring lifetime customer value
- Understanding of web and analytics/tracking technologies specifically Google Analytics, Tealium and Optimizely are a plus.
- Developing and maintaining client databases
- Collaborating with other teams to implement new systems and tracking
- Analyzing data and presenting trends, insights and strategic recommendations
- Understands how customer data is structured in the systems, and segments the database based on criteria (region, life cycle stage, persona) to best target a specific market or user type.
Qualifications:
- Should have a degree in computer science or data engineering & Digital Marketing
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Analytics.
- Should be comfortable with the processes behind data mining, modeling and management, as well as strategic planning
- Advanced Excel skills - like the ability to use pivot tables and Vlookups - and experience with data visualization tools like Domo and Tableau.
- Candidates with polished soft skills, including strong communication, presentation and leadership abilities with stellar critical thinking and management skills.
- Self-starter, reliable team player with strong initiative and the ability to thrive in high-intensity, rapidly changing environment
- To be able to develop and foster professional relationships both within their teams and across the entire company
- Should be able to step up to motivate and train their teams on new technologies to improve productivity and long-term cost savings.
