Role Expectation:
- Managed a yearly revenue of @ INR 15 Cr + as individual target and @ INR 40 Cr+ as team target
- Strong market connects with CIO/CTO/IT Head/ Procurement Organizations
- Hunting new logos in BFSI, retail, manufacturing, and enterprise sector
- Building, developing, and managing a client portfolio, maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Generating leads, conducting outreach, and engaging potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to present tailored solutions. Fully capable of penetrating into new clients and build great customer relationships
- Hands on experience in selling solutions across - Data Management, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, Data Integration, PLM, Design Engineering, ERP implementation and support, and Cloud led transformation.
- Extremely proficient on independently running offerings / propositions with customers and clearly establishing the unique value propositions
- Fair understanding of solution constructs and bid defence / solution walk through process
- Senior level stakeholder management and engagement
- Good knowledge of basic commercial terms and familiar with showing ROI and commercial advantage to customers
- Collaborate with OEMs, inside Sales and Marketing team and strategize market penetration strategy
- Strong people and team management skills
- Represent MTSL in analyst community and trade shows
- Regular report and update sales pipeline, keep a track of quarterly revenue numbers, and manage high value opportunities along with team.
- Training new members of the sales team, including Setting sales quotas and monitoring sales performance and addressing issues when necessary
- Extremely proficient in working with finance and account team in timely invoicing and collections.
