Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role as a Service Line Manager located in Pune at Motherhood.

- The Service Line Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing service delivery, ensuring program management, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting training for staff.

Qualifications:

- Communication and Customer Service skills

- Program Management and Training skills

- Experience in Service Delivery

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Experience in healthcare industry or related field is a plus

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
