Role Objective:
Analytical role in supporting Corporate Strategy Team on Strategy projects/transactions and supporting business teams.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Playing a key role in implementing/managing strategic initiatives/transactions (Investments/JVs/Alliances/ Restructuring, etc.) and co-ordinating with internal and external teams.
- Providing strategic inputs/analysis/ideation for strategy formulation/transactions.
- Scope of delivery would include (along with support from other team members):
- a). Doing Industry Analysis
- b). Financial analysis of players/targets/competitors
- c). Financial modeling
- d). Valuation analysis
- e). Preparation of Business Plans
Knowledge and skill set
- Structuring transactions/financial modeling/project evaluations/valuations/due - diligence, etc. would be useful.
- Strategy/transaction roles (at least 2 years relevant)
- Sound Financial & analytical skills mandatory
- Excellent excel and powerpoint skills mandatory
- Valuation experience/knowledge would be a pre-requisite
- Appreciation/exposure to technology industries is desired
