Mosaic Wellness is building digital first, health coaches for elective health concerns working toward one mission: To help Indians lead more fulfilling lives surrounded by wellness and grace.

Elective health has been a large latent gap in India with the knowledge & support for issues which warrants a consumer first approach in building digitally native full stack health coaches to provide integrated care (products & services) and engagement (content & community to build healthy habits).

Started in May 2020, Man Matters is now the largest Men's health platform, serving more than 1M Men every year across therapeutic areas of Hair Loss and Nutrition. Started in May 2021, Be Bodywise is the largest integrated Women's Health platform serving more than 1M women a year in the areas of PCOS, Hair & Skin Health. Started in May 2022, Little Joys helps parents to reduce the anxiety around physical and mental development of their kids.

Responsibilities:

- Category Strategy and Customer Insights: Develop and execute a comprehensive category strategy aligned with the customer and company's objectives. Identify key growth areas within the category to propose new product offerings.

- Product Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to drive product success.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences. Analyse customer feedback, reviews, and sales data to make data-driven decisions.

- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Health & Wellness category. Monitor sales, customer satisfaction, and market share to assess category performance.

- Collaboration: Work closely with various teams- channel marketing, new product development, retention, product etc to create effective campaigns and promotions. Collaborate with Health Coaches and Experts to integrate expert advice into product offerings.

- Success Metrics: Driving health outcomes for the consumers in the category: Hopefully self-explanatory :)

- Category Growth: Achieve specified revenue targets for the category. Increase the market share of Man Matters in the segment.

- Product Success: Launch a defined number of successful products within the category. Improve customer satisfaction scores related to products.

- Data-Driven Decisions: Use data insights to inform strategic decisions that positively impact the category. Implement improvements based on customer feedback and market trends.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrate effective collaboration with teams such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.

Qualifications:

- Empathetic towards consumer pain points

- Ready to get hands dirty, comfortable with uncertainty and experimentation

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- Proven experience in marketing, product management, or a related role.

- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Passion to solve consumer problems and driving positive outcomes.
