Mortgage Underwriting & Processing-Senior Opportunities for Leading MNC Bank.

Leading MNC bank needs Credit Intelligence resources for Ahmedabad,Pune,Hyderabad locations. 3 positions open.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- To manage application processing team at regional centres for new home loans as per approved credit policies.

- This involves liaising with the stake holders to ensure better operational efficiency and compliance to external and internal regulatory guidelines.

- It requires in-depth knowledge of the mortgage credit policies and should have knowledge about the location dynamics relating to collateral evaluation.

- It involves monitoring the services of the external vendors against agreed TAT and quality

- Manage the service level agreement by monitoring the home loan applicants processed. Also ensure that the home loan application is processed within stipulated policy framework.

- Contribute for continuous process improvement to reduce the cost and enhance the end customer experience

- Understand the training needs of existing staff as well as new hires and develop and deliver the trainings to the staff.

- Develop team competence to achieve high level of efficiency

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Mortgage Underwriting experience

- Understanding of the mortgage business including collateral issues, and market peculiarities.

- Good understanding of local market

- Good verbal, written communication, interpersonal skills.

Compensation can go upto 11 LPA based on Candidates experience and current CTC.
