The ideal candidate will have a relevant track record and combine strong interpersonal skills with a self-starting, pro-active attitude. The following qualifications are essential :

- 8-15 Yrs of solid relevant experience with education in quantitative subjects from Top Tier Institutions.

- Strong financial acumen and a solid understanding of capital markets

- Will lead a team of traders, financial analysts and will be responsible for P&L, revenue generation.

- Should have the strong financial acumen and a solid understanding of capital markets

- Strong analytical skills (proven through scientific, economic or mathematical focus) and critical thinking skills

- Knowledge of Trading Techniques, Trading Systems, Data Analysis across equities and derivatives.

- Deep understanding of Fundamental & Technical Analysis.

- In-depth sector/industry understanding

- Strong relevant track record may also be considered in lieu of top academic pedigree.
