Moodys Analytics - Manager - Inside Sales - Salesforce Expert

Responsibilities:

Salesforce Management

- Streamlining of meeting notes and ensuring that all notes are on SF

- Addressing SF issues of sales team members

- Uploading/ Updating of Contacts/leads

- Creation of SF reports

- Creation of campaigns and reports based on requirements of different stakeholders

Data Analysis

- Collect data, analyse and report on performance, usage and trends within assigned portfolio.

- Reviewing Sales & Marketing historical inputs; analyzing sales pattern, determining exceptions on weekly/monthly basis and preparing weekly sales dashboard

Reporting

- Generating Monthly KPI Reports and Dashboard presentations on performance review for the client

- Creation of sales presentations for the weekly sales briefs/ calls

- Developing and tracking Excel based CRM dashboard, Sales League, Sales force Scorecards, creating standard formats for all reports.

- Designing monthly, quarterly & yearly financial report and Executive Report for management.

- Making the Weekly Business Review Reports at broader level and Monthly sales Analysis Reports for accurate Planning.

Automation and Process Improvement

- Develop VB automated programs to generate the Monthly Financial reports which increased the efficiency and reduce time consumption.

- Modify financial models to enhance functionalities, such as simplifying formulae and formatting the model and enhancing the current process through complex macro coding.

- Create automation through macro and data validation in Excel and PPT across all reports to ensure system is accurate

Eligibility:

- 5-7 years of experience on Salesforce Platform and ability to streamline, interpret and analyze data for driving business solutions

- Expertise in Advanced MS Excel and PPT - Pivot Tables, Complex Macros, Pivot Reporting, Advanced Charting, Conditional Formatting, Data Simulations, VBA scripting, data modelling, data mining & warehousing, Trend analysis & Forecasting

- Proficient knowledge in statistics, mathematics, and analytics. Excellent understanding of business operations and analytics tools for effective analyses of data.
