Delivery Lead/Delivery Manager - Company Profiling + Strategy + Consulting + Fintech Sector

Responsibilities

- Organize and execute assigned business projects

- Coordinate and communicate across relevant stakeholders to gather know how and details

- Collect information about the client's business from various stakeholders and assess

- Perform an initial assessment of information to derive actionable business insights

- Analyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes

- Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to a client's objectives, capabilities and limitations forming concise reports

- Articulate strategies and suggestions to Board/ CXOs with ample justification and practical advice

- Able to develop detailed business plans to drive small or radical changes

Required Background

- Master's degree/MBA in Business, Strategy, Finance, or Operations

- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, project management, financial analysis or business planning

- Strong sectoral knowledge and domain expertise in Fintech and other technology fields

- Experience in handling strategy projects independently

- Excellent command of Excel to process varied data sets in spreadsheets (Pivots, charting etc.)

- Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills

- Aptitude in creative problem-solving

- Strong communication skills and analytical skills - Strong ability to work in a team

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Experience of 5-7 Yrs in Financial Analysis, Investment Due Diligence, Industry Research, Valuation and Benchmarking .

- Candidate with experience in Fintech sector will be preferred .
