Lead, coordinate, and support Supply Chain Planning and Customer care efforts across all businesses within the region. Operational responsibility for leading the development and optimization of the - end to end- supply chain plans. Project/initiative leadership to support globally coordinated efforts as well as intra and cross-business planning initiatives within the regions.. A strong influencer to manage internal customer satisfaction metrics and to ensure optimal resource and support level for the team and for the implementation of the functional vision of optimized customer experiences.   Operational responsibility for:  Demand Planning - Development of a consensus forecast and the demand plan to satisfy LRP (long term) and SKU-level (short term) needs. Aligning supply and demand via an allocation process to customers, sales areas or regions - particularly when demand is in excess of supply.  Supply Planning - Generating long term capacity requirements, and an optimized plan to satisfy forecasted demand. Determining the master production schedule required for treating/packaging to meet short term demand.  Network Planning - Long term network design and end-to-end supply network optimization, as well as short term creation of the finished goods distribution plan to optimize cost and service.  Lead change management efforts  Supporting the documentation/mapping of current and future state processes, key decisions, RACI, timelines, etc.  IBP : Responsible for Integration Business Planning for Asia vegetable- Facilitation of the cross-functional business decisions required to align and execute the plan - engaged in the design and implementation of Sales & Operations Planning and Integrated Business Planning processes.  - Lead Customer Operations and Customer Service operations for Asia region  - Enhancing Customer Centric culture in Supply chain  - Defines strategy and correlated tactical plan to establish Customer Care as competitive advantage  - Supports implementation of Global and Regional transformation projects; including ACS I, ACS II, Supply Chain Network Design, Transportation Management Systems.  - Ensures capacity, capabilities, processes and systems are in place to deliver expected support to customers and commercial organizations  - Perfect Order - Ensures Order Accuracy, in-full, on time and Billing Accuracy in toto to ensure Perfect Order  - DC network Optimization  - Identify means to enhance Customer Satisfaction and work closely with Hub / Global teams to implement Customer Care initiatives   - Develop KPIs for Logistics activities and Customer service by closely working with regional and country commercial team, implement and measure.   - Business Partner approach: define and articulate service level, ensure connection with sales organization and key customers, supports product launches and marketing activities that requires customized administration  - Promotes and project-manages the implementation of innovative processes, tools & systems  - Ensures compliance to commercial policies, credit & revenue recognition policies, legal documentation, audit requirements and seeds certification rules  - Collaborates with Key Account Management in the segmentation of the Distribution and the correlated differentiated service levels: owns the vision and delivery of the B2B platform
