Responsibilities :
Digital Communication Strategy and Implementation
- Developing digital communication strategies roadmap to optimize reach and engagement with smallholder farmer
- Develop systems approach across various digital platforms like social media, call center and mobile etc
- Monitoring the effectiveness of the existing digital platforms
- Work with members of country marketing team to produce integrated digital campaigns.
Customer Data Strategy :
- Establish customer data strategy and optimize the use of data in our communication and CX initiatives while considering data privacy requirements
Brand Communication:
- Develop of brand strategy and articulates desired brand positioning working closely with regional teams
- Develop and implement Brand Communication strategy assists in the achievement of brand positioning
- Guide countries through strategic development process, planning and execution of brand Campaigns
- Management of brand(s) through the implementation of brand plans within brand guidelines
- Analyse and Measure brand tracking and/or performance analysis to inform future brand activities
Qualifications:
- MBA with Minimum 5 years Brand communication and Digital Communication
- Broad Marketing experience: deep knowledge and distinct track record of different aspects of traditional and digital marketing e.g. strategy and concept design, branding, promotion/perception management, communication and analytics
- Ability to think strategically to impact business outcomes and create strategic roadmaps
- Highly motivated, creative, dynamic and well organized
- Digital savvyness: knowledge and active skills in the digital space include knowledge emerging trend
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer and market oriented.
- Good analytical proficiency.
- Proven ability to influence effectively in a matrix organization and works well in teams
