Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:


Training Needs Analysis:


- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to identify training and development needs.


- Conduct skill gap analysis and recommend effective learning solutions.


Program Design and Development:


- Design, develop, and implement learning programs (e-learning, classroom training, and blended learning).


- Develop and maintain engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia resources.


Delivery of Training:


- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and team development activities.


- Leverage modern training tools and technologies to ensure effective knowledge transfer.


Performance Monitoring:


- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.


- Regularly update and optimize training programs based on feedback and organizational goals.


Employee Engagement:


- Support career development programs and succession planning.


- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.


Stakeholder Management:


- Act as a point of contact for all learning and development-related queries.


- Build relationships with external training providers and vendors.


Qualifications and Skills:


- Degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.


- 4-6 years of experience in Learning and Development or a related role.


- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning methodologies.


- Excellent communication and presentation skills.


- Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and e-learning tools.


- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.


- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.


- Proactive and innovative approach to learning solutions.


Preferred Qualifications:


- Certification in instructional design, training, or a related field (e.g., CPTM, SHRM).


- Knowledge of performance management systems and employee engagement tools.
