Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. This role requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments to drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Present and demonstrate company services to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in IT services sales, preferably in cloud technologies, app modernization, or related areas.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and IT services.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
