Role Summary:
- Raise is built on this core philosophy - we will bring exceptionally great products, awesome user experience and best in class customer service to our users. We have started with our first step by launching an Investment & Trading platform Dhan (www.dhan.co) in November 2021.
- Now it is time for us to expand our business and partner with like mind individuals & partners, who want to provide exceptionally good products & customer experience for their users.
- As a part of the team manager at Raise, you will identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business expand and grow in your region/zone.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a natural tendency of pushing ones limits by spotting creative and unique ways of selling are some of the must-haves for this role.
- Prior experience in a similar role and hands-on experience of working in Capital markets is a must
- We strongly believe that in order to be successful in this role, you need to be a hands-on lead and an amazing relationship builder, provide value to the Dhan partners and also help them win! When a partner comes forth and tells us how working with Dhan was able to help them meet their financial, personal and professional goals it's a great win for us. Thus, we want you to approach each partner with the idea of helping them grow and not just selling to them the product, partnership concept. This is a complete hands-on role and if you like challenges and deliver growth numbers, it is a role for you!

Expected Responsibilities:
- To establish productive and professional relationships in the overall capital markets industries, key personnel with Authorized partners, offline partners / platforms
- To negotiate and close partnerships with key partners
- To monitor and analyze performance metrics across the team to manage channel productivity.
- To perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities in order to drive more revenues.
- To foster and develop relationships with new clients while maintaining an excellent rapport with the existing ones.
- To closely and collaboratively work with the product, growth and marketing teams in order to provide the best and feasible solutions to the partners.
- To keep up with the trends and changes in the financial area of business, especially the investment sector and Indian markets.
- To carry out timely sales forecasts and analysis and present findings to senior management
- To guide and mentor the team and ensure they perform well as individuals and also as a team.
- To timely share relevant insights of the market and the industry with the founders and senior leadership team
Expected Skills:
We are a start-up and we are focusing on fast growth with quality products hence the ability to work in a fast-paced environment goes without saying. Other than that:
- 7 to 9 years of work experience with at least 4-6 years of experience working in a similar role
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills and tenacity to seek new business and meet / exceed revenue targets
- A strong leader mindset and excellent team management and building skills. interpersonal skills for building and developing great client relationships
