Moneyboxx Capital - Head - Credit & Risk

Moneyboxx Capital, recently established a Delhi based NBFC, is looking to hire for The position of Head of Credit and Risks. Moneyboxx focus on MSME segment in its identified geographical locations. The role is a senior position which requires directly working with the founders and directors.

Required work experience:

A. Formulating the credit and risk policies and procedure

B. Evaluating and implementing the credit scoring tools

C. In assistance with IT team, automatisation of credit scoring tools

D. Hiring and training the resources for the credit department

E. Continuous evaluation and updating of credit and risk management systems, policies and procedures and other factors which may have bearing on the business

F. Develop and implement reporting framework

G. Team management skills

Reporting to : CEO

Required work experience :

- Minimum 15 years in credit and risk management role

Educational Qualifications :

- CA/MBA. Any additional training / certification or qualification in credit and risk management would be an added advantage.

Other requirement:

- Candidate should be willing to travel to branches as and when required.
