Required Skills:
- Min. 5 years of hands-on experience in driving social media/digital content across ecomm/BFSI/or other consumer-centric brands
- Expertise in creating YouTube content
- Understanding of the Youtube platform, reporting, and best practices.
- Needs to take end-to-end ownership from strategy to execution to reporting.
- Experience and expertise in creating content from scratch.
- Deep understanding of video planning & production.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop marketing strategies using both quantitative and qualitative insights
- Social savvy and passion for social and digital media
