- Responsible for all Monetization and Ad Sales revenue for the business. Keep growing the Monetization revenue share of overall revenue.
- Set up and scale the monetization team from scratch.
- Align all stakeholders on SOPs and SLAs for smooth functioning of the vertical.
- Ability to create monthly, quarterly and annual plans for achieving targets. Taking responsibility for driving weekly Sales reviews on the pipeline movement and actual accruals.
- Working closely with the Category, Revenue & Replenishment team in ensuring campaign execution and reporting requirements are well covered as per mutually agreed SOPs and SLAs.
- Work with internal stakeholders & leadership in setting up expectations and providing regular business updates.
- Drive product innovation and prioritise implementation with detailed business impact. - Bringing efficiencies in Pitching & Plan Closure processes enabling the team to handle higher targets with limited bandwidth increase.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with senior leaders of leading FMCG brands.
