KEY DELIVERABLES :

- Develop emergent high productive and value adding projects and innovations.

- Estimate and control budget required for development and implementation of projects.

- Control time management of project resources by coordinating with project team and relevant stakeholders for in-time completion and rollout of projects.

- Contribute to the design, development and testing of new Visi Cooler designs and innovations.

- Develop and bring about continuous improvement in Retail Distributors (RD) chocolate storage norms, cold chain environment in both storage and their route to market.

- Explore scope and methods for omni/organized trade cold chain enablement.

- To lead workshops to promote innovative solutions.
